Hi.  I'm Carolyn Armstrong, and I make these little fried pies from scratch almost every day. 

My pies are hand-made.  The dough is made from scratch each day using only the finest-quality ingredients including vegetable shortening, butter, flour and milk.

A large scoop of filling is then added: Apple, Cherry, Chocolate, Coconut or Peach.    Then the crust is folded over and deep fried.  You and your family will love them!
